Back to School for Barton Grange Staff
Lancashire’s Barton Grange Hotel is set to up-skill its workforce by offering new training and development opportunities to staff.
Having teamed up with staff development business, Cedar Training, the hotel will offer advancement opportunities through a 12-month training programme and a further eight places on its two-year hospitality graduate training scheme.
Daniel Rich, Barton Grange Hotel’s general manager, said: “It’s important that as an independent hotel we invest in developing our staff, offering them continual training programmes that enhance their skills.
“We passionately believe in training our workforce and ensuring they progress through the ranks, allowing us to retain their skills and experience for many years whilst constantly setting the individual new goals and opportunities to develop.”
