High Definition expands its portfolio of training offerings with a new Leeds academy
High Definition – the award winning UK beauty group – has highlighted its commitment to excellence in delivering the highest levels of education by relocating its Yorkshire academy to Leeds.
The state-of-the-art training academy, located at Compass house, Rose Wharf, 78 East Street, Leeds, will open its doors in mid-April, offering beauty enthusiasts the opportunity to learn from the brand that has become globally renowned for delivering the highest level of education.
Previously, the Yorkshire academy was located at the company’s old HQ in Pontefract, however following consistently high growth of the business and team, it soon outgrew its base and required not only additional space but also a respected post code to mirror the beauty group’s ambitious plans.
High Definition continues to raise the bar with its educational agenda, and has already launched successful academies in Milton Keynes, Ireland, and most recently, Glasgow. The £100K Glasgow Academy investment celebrated its 1st year anniversary this month and exceeded all targets set by the forward-thinking company.
With a reported 48% revenue increase from 2013-2014, and more than 7,000 stylists trained and using the High Definition branding, it is easy to see why so many beauty professionals want to be associated with such a strong and successful brand.
Those who attend develop new skillsets and develop additional techniques that maximise their potential for new business and increase profits.
Once trained, accredited High Definition Brows Stylists can charge between £25 and £45 per treatment (depending on location and skill level). This means that by carrying out just five treatments a day, an individual Stylist can bring in £32,500 per annum.
Joanne Kennedy, Managing Director of High Definition, said: “We’ve developed our business and educational strategy to ensure High Definition is always at the forefront of innovation. We take pride in the fact that we already deliver to a large percentage of beauty and make up specialists. Our new academy will help us achieve greater results, with more than 100 people attending training since the launch in Leeds on the 3 March.”
