The new Summer menu from Restaurant Bar & Grill launched on Thursday 18th June, Simon Dekker, Sales & Events Manager at RBG Leeds discusses the new menu in more detail:
Our new summer menu brings fresh seasonal ideas and produce to the Restaurant Bar & Grill. We are delighted to introduce new dishes on to the menu, including Chargrilled Tuna Nicoise salad, which is delightful with a large chilled glass of Chablis. Our Summer Vegetable Risotto with Goats Cheese, Basil and Lemon is simply divine, perhaps served perfectly after a starter of Scallops Thermidor with Baby Spinach. Whatever your taste, there is something for everyone. Our eclectic menu provides a flavour to suit all preferences, and whether you are dining outside in the sunshine for lunch, or late one evening for dinner, we are confident you won’t go away disappointed.
