The Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar unveils open date
The Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar has today announced it will open its doors in the city on June 22nd.
Paul Adams, who runs the highly successful Vincent Hotel in Southport, is behind the initiative.
Footballing legend, Steven Gerrard, is also financially backing the business which is priding itself on all day dining with a difference.
The 190 cover, 6,000 sq ft restaurant will serve a mixture of British and international dishes, including Gringo Sushi – a meat alternative to fish – a concept which Paul brought to the UK.
Paul said: “The Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar is something new – it is in a fantastic location – and I am hoping it will be a great success.
“The concept of offering everything from breakfast, through to brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, evening dinner and cocktails, provides people with choice which is what is so important in modern society. I feel it is something which is well suited to Liverpool.
“People will know when they visit us they will have delicious fresh food and in great surroundings too!
“We want to welcome everyone from 16 to 80 – whether it’s after-work cocktails, an early breakfast or an express lunch, Vincent Café has something for everyone.”
On a Sunday there will be a guest pianist making this a destination people will want to visit for a different type of atmosphere.
It will open every day from 8am, serving food and drinks throughout the day – so whether it is a light snack, an express lunch for £9.95, sushi, or a three course dinner you are looking for, Vincent Café has it all.
A private meeting area, which can accommodate up to 16 people and is the perfect surrounding for clinching that final business deal, is also available for hire.
This is equipped with a 60-inch television screen and all of the latest technology.
